At Elite Advantage, our mission is to empower the youth in our communities through athletics and arts. We believe that every child deserves the chance to explore their talents, build their skills, and reach for their dreams.

Our Story

Elite Advantage was founded by Ryan and Tina Whiteman, two passionate advocates for youth development. Seeing the lack of resources and support for young talents in the Eastern New Mexico and West Texas communities, they decided to make a change. With a firm belief in the transformative power of sports and arts, they set out to level the playing field and offer a brighter future for the next generation.
